About LegalBox, A Secure Legal Document-Sharing Software for Law Firms

Company

Company

LegalBox is developed and sold by CoralTree, Inc. a San Jose, CA based corporation.

CoralTree has been in operation since 2009 and has developed file sharing and collaboration solutions like Qbox for Intuit QuickBooks, CADbox for Autodesk AutoCAD, and other collaboration products.

CoralTree’s approach has been to offer enhanced features for every customer segment it serves so users can adapt new software to their operation and workflows with minimal changes.

We involve our customers early in the product development cycle to get their valuable feedback on the features. This has helped us to build the right features that customers need, and introduce new products quickly while keeping per-user costs low.

In addition, our focus on data security, customer privacy, and 5 star rated product support has helped us build customer trust and loyalty. CoralTree does not access, monetize, or use customer data for any purpose other than to provide quality technical support and product improvements.

LegalBox file sharing and collaboration solution has features and enhancements suitable for law firms, title companies, and other legal organizations.

Users can work collaboratively and securely in the cloud, share documents with their partners, attorneys, paralegals, notary publics and other agents. They can also send documents to clients for signature and notarization.

Users can edit documents directly in the cloud, or download to their desktops, then make changes, and upload new versions. Files can be locked by a user to prevent others from editing and creating conflicts.

CoralTree has partnered with Privafy to provide enhanced security for LegalBox such that files can be edited online from any device, and from any private or public networks. Privafy software provides ‘all in one’ security for LegalBox, and protects user data from evolving security threats.

Please go through LegalBox features and white papers for more detailed information on how LegalBox is helping firms with business continuity as employees work remotely from home or while traveling.
